Adventure Shetland is a tour company providing bespoke, private tours of the Shetland islands to small groups of up to four persons, with a strong focus on adventure, archaeology, and getting off the beaten path.
Tours are led by an MA Hons degree-qualified archaeologist, who has a passion for sharing his knowledge of his homeland.
We are more than happy to arrange full- and half-day tours showcasing the best of Shetland's Viking heritage, with the possibility of taking in such sites as Jarlshof, Old Scatness, Catpund steatite (soapstone) quarry and Viking Unst, among many others.
